Snow - in TEXAS?!?

We have had 4 days of ice and snow here in DFW.  That's 4 days of kids and dogs locked in the house.  That's 4 days of Mom and Dad just wishing we could go to work.  4 days - no basement to play in - 4 days of "but Mom, I'm bored".  4 days...did I say that yet?  And it's been too cold for the kids to play outside - we just don't have the correct "gear" for it.

Doesn't stop the dogs though :)

Yes - hubby is clearing the snow off my car with a hockey stick!
